码头面作业情况复杂，行走时应注意安全，不得攀爬装卸机械，不得在码头面进行戏耍、坐、卧、跑步和拍照等有安全风险的活动；
船舶作业检查时，船员进入码头面应注意：
1、必须穿戴好防护用品；
2、在码头边沿作业应穿好救生衣；
3、不得在关路下停留；
4、注意避让作业机械；
5、注意避让电缆槽、电缆坑等码头设施；
船员进出港区应注意：
1、必须专车接送或到指定地点候车（卡口和码头前沿办公楼都设有交通候车点）
2、酒后进入港区必须有船方专人陪同上下船，防止落水等意外发生；
